For over twenty years I used an Local ISP e-mail account to get my e-mails from and to send any e-mails through. This was via a 3G Dongle however that Telco has shut down their 3G service, so I now use Australia's NBN network to send and receive my e-mails from an Aust Telco, tpg.com.au

On this Telco, I have SeaMonkey set up to download my e-mails into a tpg.com.au account on my SM Mail & News screen.

However if I want to SEND an e-mail, I need to log-in to the Webmail page for my account, supplying my User name and Password to do so.

(I also have an account with yahoo.com.au that I also use and have to provide my User name and password to access.)

If I select the Inbox of my TPG e-mail account in the SM M & N screen and select 'Compose' to send an e-mail, a few second after pressing "Send", I get a "Send Message Error" ....

Quote
Sending of the message failed.
The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) tpg.com.au failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again.
End Quote

with an "OK" button.

On the "Outgoing Server (SMTP) Settings screen, I have my tpg.com.au account selected as (Default) with the correct User Name and, I hope, the correct 'Normal Password' and 'Connection Security' is set to 'SSL/T?S'.

What have I done wrong/Failed to do that is stopping me being able to send from my SM M & N TPG account??
