Hello, I'm sending out something of a plea to you. I'm not sure if this is the appropriate avenue, but I'm giving it a shot anyway, in an act of slight desperation. The deputy director of our organization died suddenly, not too long ago, and took with her all of the org's. working knowledge of Ebase (along with many other things). As there were only three, and now only 2, of us at Dads and Daughters, the knowledge that she took with her has been an invaluable loss to us. So we're figuring it out little by little, a wonderfully frustrating learning experience, and now I'm asking your help to figure out a little more. I'm the person who has taken over a number of Heather's tasks, but unfortunately I'm not fully qualified for some of them. The show is going on, however, and we have a Year End Appeal deadline coming up within the next week. I need to generate a list, from Ebase, of all our members and their pertinents. There are other details, but I'll wait to go into them until/if I hear back from you. I've been going through the ebase manuels, trying to figure this stuff out, but the time factor and my limited computer knowledge are starting to make me panic. I'm asking for some individualized help. I need to develop a crash course working knowledge of Ebase so that I can get these lists generated as soon as possible. Can you help me with this?
