[freenet-support] help

Sir:
I installed Freenet release 0.3.9.1 along with Sun JRE
1.3.0_02 on Windows 98 using Windows Installer. When I
click on the bunny icon on desktop, the bunny appears
in sys tray but with a red hash bar on top of it and
it flashes. With mouse on it it says "Freenet is
having problems". When right clicked, the "Open
Gateway" option is disabled. The "Start Freenet" and
"Configurate" options are active but do not react.

Could you give me a hint as to what is wrong?
