[freenet-support] Help!

Hi, I got as far as having the rabbit in my small task bar in the lower right hand corner of mt screen.  I double clicked it and it said "connection refused.  I have a cable connection and have the latedt version o.3.9.1 I think. I have a microsoft system and wonder if it has anything to do with my cable connection, or perhaps I missed a step in the instalation stage.  Any help would be great.  Thanks, Capital 68
