This will normally only happen if you haven't installed Java correctly, or if you installed Freenet before you installed Java. You should install Java, THEN Freenet. You could try just uninstalling then reinstalling Freenet. If that doesn't work, reinstall Java then reinstall Freenet. If that still doesn't work, come back.
