Sorry to ask again , but can someone please tell me exactly what I download from the FROST site ? and if possible how to install and how to search . I have downloaded some of the bits of Frost but dont know what to do when in search , the only thing I have seen happen on Frost is in the News part where there was some messages . Thanks a lot .
