Of course this means that nodes can DoS the network by requesting data and then cancelling the transfer; we will instigate some sort of blacklisting to try to discourage this, but it is not an immediate priority.
Elaborate. Does this mean that a person who's downloading via FUQID and aborts the transfers (to be able to close FUQID down) might get blacklisted? How about trying to load lots of Freesites but not getting anything (fast, at least) and then closing everything down?
