Depending on how you look at it, either a minor or a major update. :-) Mostly just getting the code in Version.java more in sync between stable and unstable, reorganizing a bit and creating an identical format for both branches.
Also laid in the framework for enabling the two networks to communicate with each other (most of it was already there, actually), but this is not enabled by default. If you're interested in experimenting with this, the two lines that need uncommenting for it to work are clearly marked.
