A restart quickly decends into the same state but I alos got a new error:

20:36:54        Delete failed on bucket t2a48d67c


As a completely unconnected issue, - but since you're already reading...
I had cause to put my clock ahead 2 months for a few seconds while my node was
running. On correcting the time and restarting the computer, the data store
had 3 entries that were future dated. As the node started it would find these
entries and it would look up - it would not recover from that situation. I
deleted the file it found, restarted the node, and then it would lock up on the
next one, and so on (yeah if there had been any more I would have searched for
them manually). So not a big issue, but it must be fairly trivial to recover
more gracefully than that. Someday when Freenet is more widely adopted those
sort of timing issues might crop up more often....
