Based on
http://help.opera.com/Windows/8.0/en/downloads.html

Opera is no longer a problem for anonymity issues.

It handles things according to MIME types, and for unknown types it asks
the user what to do.

Version 7.5 and 7.62 required changing a setting in the preferences to turn on
MIME handling, but with Version 8 this is now the default way of doing things.
