One way to get the new jar is from sourceforge:

https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=978
(0.5.x-5105 - not a real release, just put out for convenience when the
web server plays up; get freenet-5105.jar and rename it to freenet.jar,
overwriting the old one).
