Hi, please turn logging to MINIMAL (see Configuration->Logs) wait around 10 minutes (large logfiles should be saved to your hard drive) and send that the logfiles to Todd. Then he can analyze the files. After that you should set the log level back to ERRORS to avoid revealing informations in the logfile.
