Freenet 0.7.5 build 1379 is now available. Please upgrade! The main change in
this build is a fix for a serious bug breaking plugins whenever they are
upgraded by a new build on Windows. There is also a fix for a deadlock when
changing the logger priority thrsholds, and a small bugfix related to ULPRs
getting entangled in loops, and some translation and english string updates.

Normally I wouldn't release a build on Saturday, as I probably won't be around
tomorrow. However the changes are very low risk, and the plugin fix is IMHO
very important, and has been reported rather widely e.g. on FMS, and can
prevent many users from being able to use plugins. Sorry for not looking into
it earlier; thanks to nagging and helpful debugging feedback from a couple of
users I managed to deal with it today.

Thanks to:

(And two unnamed users for bugging me about the bug and helping me to find what
the issue was, and everyone who reported it)

Please, if you still get problems with plugins, or with any other part of
Freenet, *TELL US*, here, on Freetalk, FMS, IRC or the bug tracker. Thanks!

PS the bug in question:

PPS Note to plugin authors: Please don't create threads in the plugin
constructor, wait for runPlugin(). Soon official plugins will have their
version numbers in their jar manifests, which will avoid the need for a lot of
the mess related to this bug.

PPPS I will be releasing a snapshot of 1380 soon, which has many more changes,
including significant format changes to new format Library indexes which should
improve performance considerably (i.e. make them work at all!) once the indexes
are rebuilt, and merging new load management (but turning it off as there are
still significant bugs).
