Dave, your suggestion solved my problem although, in re-entering the 
few contacts for newer records, I made the same basic question again 
- twice.

Which leads to this suggestion for version 2. Set it up so that 
output is for the current record only unless you consciously choose a 
found set. In other words, make "current record" the default and 
"found set" a conscious choice.
