Dave-
You told me to restore the file by using the most recent backup. A) I dont
think we currently backup, and 2) the tech guys always fixed it without the
backup.
As you can tell I am not very adept at fixing problems and need someone to
give me step by step instructions.
When I go to open ebase I get a prompt that says: "names_.102 is damages and
cannot be opened. Use the recover commade to recover the file." I clik "ok
and then under the "open file" it lists files. I see the name_.102 file and
double click on it, but it just gives me the same prompt 'names_.102 is
damaged and cannot be opened. use the recover . . ."
My question is "How do I recover - where do I go etc." Please give me step
by step instructions - thanks in advance.
Janette
