You *really* don't want to do that. The thing to do is to publish 
your newsletter online, and send out a brief, *text* email, that has 
headlines and links back to your website. Far too many people will be 
unable to read your html email, or mad that you sent them a large, 
formatted (and broken) email. Also, you really want to use the email 
news to entice people back to your site. There you can engage them in 
many ways, get them to donate or to take action, etc.

If you are convinced that you want to send the newsletter in an 
email, it's a better idea to buy Adobe Acrobat (or get it donated 
through Gifts in Kind) and turn the newsletter into a PDF file. Far 
fewer people will receive broken versions of your newsletter. (Though 
many still will.)
