You can do an 'omit' to get people with no value in a field.  Do a query to get the 
basic group (or a find all).  If you do a query first, then you'll need
to choose query again, click modify and then the 'add new request' button on the right 
hand of the screen.  Type '*' in the appropriate field and then
select 'omit' in the box on the left hand side of the screen (above continue).  When 
you click continue, all the records with something in that field will
be omitted.  If you don't do a query first, just run the query as you would any other.
