Looks like you found the address for the list.

There are gray Find buttons on most screens, which will take you to
find mode at that screen. There are also Query functions in the names
and payments files. These are independent of the Output function you
use to export records. Each of those will allow you to enter
multiple find requests, one for each of the names you want to find.
I'd also review the ebase manual and FileMaker manuals regarding
searches. There are lots of tricks to doing searches that will be
useful.
