I need to find records for which I have made an address change within a
particular date range e.g. January 1, 2001 through February 23, 2001. I am
told that there is a field called "Contact Info Edit Date" that records the
current date whenever a change is made to a record. The field does exist
because I found it by looking under "File" and "Define Fields". However,
it shows up nowhere that I can find in the visible "working" records area
where I can do a date range find. Does anyone know where this field is so
I can do a find?
Also, if and when I finally locate this field, is it going to have listed
just changes in information like address or will it listed the date of any
change in any file like when I record a gift/membership? If that's the
case, I guess I'll have to create another field in which to enter my
address change dates so I can keep those dates separate and available to me.
