There is indeed such a field. It is updated to the current date when 
a change is made to name, address, home or work phone, fax, or email. 
It is located in the names file.

It is not normally on a layout, but if you have FileMaker you can 
place it on a layout in a convenient place like one of the data 
entry. Once it is on a layout you will be able to do searches with it.
