Hello Chris,

I ditto what Dave Shaw wrote, as well you might consider (as we have but we
don't have enough years recorded yet) doing an archive, i.e. making a clone,
once every few years or whenever you need too. That gives you a snapshot of
your membership at the time and then allows you to purge the really old--or
dead!--members from the current database so it isn't too big. In the
meantime, play with the boxes in the data entry or activist tabs to show
that this person should or should not: get a newsletter, be solicited, etc.
