"Best" way depends on what you want to do with the data. Many
organizations use the Affiliations field, that appears on the Data
Entry 2 screen, and also on the Bio screen. You can change the value
list to include values that mean something to your organization.
Others have created a custom field, if they had other uses for this
field.
