There is a setting in your Outlook setup you need to adjust
to have your BCC on all your emails. Look around in your setup file until
you find it. Sorry I can't give you specific instructions.

I am using Outlook Express to
send email though my ebase email list. I do a find for all
email (*) in the email data box. Then I go into Output tab, click on
email and follow the instructions.
When I am done composing the
email and click on the finish tab it takes me into my Outlook email
program. I was instructed by ebase too paste the email address off
the clipboard into the BCC section of my emai program. I have not
been able to figure out how to do that since my BCC is not on the same
screen as my paste menu. Any
suggestions????
I don't have Outlook, but I would be very surprised if you could not
paste into the bcc: field. Try the keystroke shortcut if you can't find the
menu item (Cmd-V on the Mac, Ctrl-V in Windows). Click the cursor into the
bcc: field and strike the keystroke above.
