I cannot find any way to make BCC appear by default in Outlook Express, but
I can make it appear. The trick is to click on To or CC and you will get a
dialog box that allows you to put one of the people in your address book
into any of To, CC or BCC. Put one of them into BCC. When you OK out you
will be back in the email file with the BCC showing. Delete your bogus entry
and paste in the real BCCs.
