My feeling is, it's generally a good practice to keep the number of databases an 
organization maintains to a minimum.  It's less work and easier to minimize
duplications.  The Smartgrowth folks sound like very good potential prospects and 
since some of them are members already, it sounds like it would be very useful
to track their interest in Smartgrowth.
