I'm still confused. Certainly changing just the label of a field on
one layout would not add that field to another layout. So clearly
something more is happening. To start, I don't find the label or
field called neighborhood on the Data Entry screen. I suspect you
folks have made some customization to ebase which we don't see, and
that's making it tough to troubleshoot.
Here are some questions you should ask yourself to help find the problem
- Are they in fact changing the label, or the name of a field?
- What's the name of the field which contains the
neighborhood/borough information
- How is that field located on the label layout - as a standard
field, merge field, or as part of a calculated field?
- Can you reverse the problem; that is, change the label back to the
previous value and the problem disappears?
