Carl and Walt are correct, that there will be duplicates in your find
only if there are duplicates in the database. You will want to review
every record because any easy "automatic" means of deleting
duplicates doesn't pay attention to variations in the two records -
are there payments, actions, contacts for each or both of the
records, phone numbers in one and not the other, etc.

Note that there are several levels of checking for duplicates. The
tightest, that is, the one most likely to find duplicates and not
find similar records, is "tight". It compares first name, last name,
and the number parts of an address. The dupe? flag on the data entry
screen compares via the "loose" criterion, which compares only last
name, and the address. This would mark couples with the same last
name as duplicates.
