Huh? Not sure I understand what you're asking. In ebase, if you do a
multi-level find and any one record satisfies more than one criteria,
you still only get that record once - provided there's only one copy in
the database. If you're getting two copies, it's because you have more
than one copy of that record in your database. Use the ebase Duplicate
checking routine on the Admin 2 screen - and read the manual. Then
carefully delete the duplicate, being mindful of payment or action
records attached to the deleted record (there's also a way to transfer
those payments and/or actions in ebase - again, read the manual if this
applies to you).
