Adam,
If you are working on a Macintosh, Outlook Express will not sent email
generated from ebase. Your only option is to use Eudora.
If you are working on a Windows computer, outlook Express will send email if
it is configured properly. Let us know if you are using Windows, and someone
else can followup on the configuration, as I am not an expert on Windows.
