The clipboard is where you store copy/cut items. For example, open your word
processor program
and select a word that you typed and press CTRL C, which is copy. It is
copied to the clipboard, an
imaginary limbo area where temporary items are stored. To use the clipboard
press CTRL V, for
paste. This takes whatever is in the clipboard and attempts to paste it into
your current document.

For using this with an email, I need to know what you use to email.
