I do this find every Monday morning and have no problem retrieving the correct data. For some reason I cannot get the correct information this morning. Here goes:
I am doing a donor date find in the data entry tab to get a list of donors who donated last week. This is what I am doing: find, in donor date I type 03/16/01..03/23/01. I only get one record back and I know there were at least 10 - 15 renewals last week. Even when I do a find for the whole month of March I only get this one record back. When I do a find for the month of February or January it gives me some records but not all of them.
A couple of note that may be of help:
I note that you say you search for donor date, and are not
finding renewals. The field labeled Donor Date on the home screen
contains the date of the last donation, that is the last payment with
"Contribution" in the Payment For field. This would not
normally find renewals, which would be coded "Dues" in this
field. I don't know what would have changed this week to give you
different results, but it's something to look at.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
