I am sure it can be done, but it may be a bit messy and require writing a
script. For example if member was 10-20, sponsor 20-30, benefactor 30-up and
you changed to member 10-15, sponsor 15-25 and benefactor 25-up then you
would have to recompute each person because someone who gave 16 is now a
sponsor instead of a member, etc. It is possible that the recompute function
may do the right thing, but you would surely want to try it right after a
save and revert if it did wrong things.
