**** Mailing List Field Export 'Duplicate Organization Name' Fix. ***** This problem was documented early along with eBase 1.02, I believe. Work Around ~~~~~~~~~ The problem is the selection of the NAME LINE\LABEL field for export. This is a documented problem with eBase and the user is recommended to use the NAME LINE\LABEL HOUSEHOLD field. This will correct the duplicate organization name issue. You should change all occurances of the above field reference, especially your letter and report formats. Here's my problem When I merge my export data into word, I am getting the organization name printed twice on the mailing label instead of the person at the agency. I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. From what I can see, it looks like if the account is indicated to be an organization, then I'm getting the agency name twice as the name field. If the account is marked as an individual, in most cases, it looks like I'm getting the right address, even if there is a company line indicated.
