Can't think of a way to get ebase to administer this, but a couple of
approaches occur to me:
One would be to flag two (or more) lists, email list 1, and email
list 2, the sum of which is your total list. You could juggle the
assignments of individuals to each list to keep a balance and have
each list below your maximum.
Another would be to paste the address list provided as the last step
in sending a batch email to a notepad file, and manually select part
of it for two (or more) identical emails.
