Thanks for the reponse.  However, I have tried to use the Delete button on
the screen.  That doesn't work either.  Just tried it again.  It opens up a
password box for the "delete" file and I enter in Master.  I think the
records are actually being transferred to "delete" but they're not being
removed from the main file.
