Look at http://www.hermitage.com/filemaker.html
It has zipcode files in FileMaker format and enough of an application to
make it fairly useful. It has 31,551 zipcodes but I don't see a date.
I have a fairly complete zipcode list of the NYC metro area based on
importing our membership list. It has county data.
