One more question..
Can we add values to the Record Type" field? We currently have: "Ind",
"Org", "Bus", "Fnd"
I am not sure if these are default with the version we have but I see
someone has manually entered "Fam" for family and "Gov" but these are
not really registering with finds and indexing.
I looked into that field but am not sure about its pop-up list. Does not
seem to be a value list.. how do I edit that to include new Record Types
to better describe our entries. For some I would like to do a
find/repalce after setting them up.
