When you preview you're in the middle of a script, and can't get to
layout until you click continue and complete the script. First, to
get to layout you need to be using FileMaker (not the runtime) and
log in with the master level password. Then go to the View Payments
screen to jump to the paymnts file. First select Layout Mode from the
View menu, then select the thank-you letter you want to edit from the
pulldown list above the rolodex icon.

Probably easiest to unsubscribe from your current address and then
subscribe with the new one. At the bottom of each message you'll find
instructions for account maintenance. On the sparklist site is a box
you can check to get your password emailed to you using only your
email address.
