Two questions....
1. I'm a new employee at this non-profit and have not had much
training on ebase, though I'm experienced at databases in general.
How do you modify the Thank You letters? I tried Previewing a letter
and then clicking on layout, but layout is not available at that
point.
2. I'd like to change the address at which i receive this support
newsletter but the previous person in this position did not leave me
a password to modify my account with this list serve. How can I do
this?
