The problem arises with searching from the top field in the home 
screen. This is not the name, but a calculated field called NameLine. 
This field contains the individual's name if the record type is Ind, 
and the organization's name if the record type is anything else. You 
won't get reliable results searching for a name in this field. 
Searching for a name should be done from the Data Entry screen or the 
Query screen.
