File->Define Fields refers to going to the File menu item at the top of
the screen (the Filemaker Pro menu items). Click on the File menu item
and drag down to the Define... item, then over to Fields item. Try it
and see. I'm not certain but I don't think this will work if you're
using the runtime version (that is, I think you need to be running
Filemaker to do this).
