This may not be your problem, but in Massachusetts, a bunch of LCV files
came back without the field name list in the first line of the text file.
You can open the LCV text file. This made it impossible for ebase to match
the field names.

The first line of the text file should contain the following data:

"SOURCEID","US00ID","PROJECTID","OTHERID","STATUS","FIRSTNAME","LASTNAME","S
UFFIX","ADDRESS1","ADDRESS2","CITY","STATE","ZIPCODE","ZIP4","DELPOINT","ARE
ACODE","PHONE","EMAIL","COUNTY","VOTERID","PRECINCT","WARD","ABSENTEE","CONG
RESSD","SENATED","LEGISD","OTHERD","PARTY","DOB","AGE","REGDATE","GENDER","P
RI1996","GEN1996","PRI1997","GEN1997","PRI1998","GEN1998","PRI1999","GEN1999
","PRI2000","GEN2000","ELECTIONS","VOTES","LISTS","LATITUDE","LONGITUDE","CE
NTRACT","CENBLOCK","FLAGS","PROJECTAC","PROJECTPHO","AGEGROUP"

You can cut/paste this in if it's missing. I've got a 10 page WORD document
from LCV that describes the fields in detail if you need it.

Are you matching your data to the fields in the file impenh_.102? The
field names in this file are designed to match the Uniform
Enhancement Format (UEF) that your enhancement data should be in. If
you have received enhanced data with a different format or field
inventory, you'll need to check with the agency that provided your
enhanced data to find out what the fields are.
