Yes, I am using the impenh_.102 fields. I've been able to match things
like name, address, precname, etc. Is there a guide to the ebase fields
to match to any
guide the agency might provide? I checked the data dictionary and it
doesn't really explain what these fields mean (such as lotseq, ncoacode,
etc), just that
they're part of the impenh_.102 file.
