The origin field on the data entry screen is where folks usually put 
some kind of code to indicate why the record first entered the 
database.

Presumably you can search for the origin code you assigned to this 
list along with the others. Have a look at Chapter 2 in the ebase 
manual (the tutorial) for the section titled Find a Member for 
details on searching using the Query screen and multiple find 
requests.
