I have a problem replacing [start date] information in the payments table. I am modifying our old dataset to cooperate with Ebase.. Fun. Here is what happens:   *Entered in Specify Replace* If (Duration="03/97","3/1/1997", Employer)   -If the [duration] field matches the above, then the [start date] is replaced, else it will be emptied with a null field from [Employer].   *Results* Specific correct fields in [start date] are replaced with 3/21/0855 instead of 3/1/1997!!!!!
