Elizabeth,
Can you tell us the exact error message you get? I've had a similar problem, but
without knowing the error message you get I can't say if it was the same
problem.
To sort your files, click Find and put an * in the email field on the Data Entry tab,
and click find on the left hand side of the screen. This will find all your
constituents with email addresses. To find the folks without email addresses, click
Find and put an = in the email field on the Data Entry tab. This will find
all the records that have blank email address fields.
