Valerie-thanks very much for your help with this...may well be the
case...but I dont want going through another host to be the only solution!
Does anyone else have experience with this problem?
Thanks

For us it was our phone company. They will not accept more than 100 emails
at a time so we switched our email system to go through our web host and can
send as many as we want. I concur with your tech Support response and we
use Netscape for the batch email list. I have the new account set up only
in Netscape and only to do the batch emails and use Outlook for everything
else.
