Hey everyone,

I just got a call from someone trying to download ebase.  They're getting
connection failure messages no matter which method (http, ftp, alternative)
of downloading they try.  I tried it myself and found the same problem.

Anybody know if the server's down?  Or if there's another reason for the
difficulty?  It's about 3:40 Central Time now on Wednesday.

Thanks for the help.  I'll keep trying at intervals to see if the situation
has changed.
