Regarding my batch email bounces, here's a copy of the typical bounce

As far as I can see, there are two things going on, and i am not sure if
they are related. One is that Outlook is not allowing me to send more than
200 messages as a time. (Our computer services are doing some work with the
firewall to see if they can fix the problem there. but outside of that they
are fresh out of ideas about the whole thing.)

Additionally, batch emails that do go out (of less than 200 people) get
bounced or do not reach their destination. Above is the bounce i receive for
the first address in the string, and I have confirmation from spot checking
that the others aren't reaching their destination as well.

I have also reexamined the addresses in the bcc field and can't find
anything out of order. They are all separated by a comma and a space (though
in my outlook program addresses get separated by a ; semi-colon..would that
matter??)

As far as the steps i take to send the e-mail..i find the group to send to ,
follow the steps on the wizard (and don't create source codes) and generally
paste the message from another email in my outlook program, though i have
tried pasting from MWord as well. I can't think of any other info to relate
, but let me know if i am missing something.

and thank you!

There's no doubt that throwing the computer out the window would stop
the messages from bouncing. But if your goal is to successfully send
them...

We'd need some more information to really dig into this. For example,
what steps you take to send the email, and what the bounce message
looks like.

Email programs and servers are pretty fussy about how addresses are
formatted. A string of addresses needs to be in the format
[EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED], and so on. If any one of the long
string of addresses in a bulk message is ill-formed, the message will
bounce. Have a look through the bcc: field after you paste your
addresses into the message and see if you can spot something out of
order.
