Ah ha! yes, i have outlook 2000.
The solution was to go to the Outlook tools menu (email options=> advanced
e-mail options) and select "allow comma as address separator" ) easy, huh?

in your message is the key (note the comma) Outlook Express takes commas.
What version of Outlook are you using? Older ones may only take semicolons
(I seem to remember). Outlook 2000 seems to take either.
